About Our Firm.
As Senior Principal of the firm, Mr. Alcarese has extensive litigation experience in family law, traffic and criminal defense, DUI/DWI defense and personal injury claims, as well as lengthy experience drafting wills, estate plans, contracts and business plans. After serving as a prosecutor and legal counsel for Baltimore City, Mr. Alcarese decided to begin his own private practice, where he has helped hundreds of clients for the past 30 years.
Mr. Alcarese is a proud graduate of Loyola University (formerly Loyola College) and University of Baltimore Law School, from which he graduated in 1975. His experience is long and varied: formerly instructing new Bar admittees for a court-required professionalism course, and serving as a peer review panel member for the Attorney Grievance Commission. With a desire to give back to the youth of his community, Mr. Alcarese has also volunteered as a moderator and judge for high school mock trial competitions.
Mr. Alcarese is a member of the Baltimore County Bar Association, and is also admitted to the Court of Appeals of Maryland, United States District Court for the District of Maryland, United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
